Northeast Privacy Scholars Workshop 2018
The SECOND Northeast Privacy Scholars Workshop will take place on November 9, 2018 at Fordham University School of LawOn behalf of the members of the Program Committee—Helen Nissenbaum, Kathy Strandburg, Joe Turow, Frank Pasquale, and Arvind Narayanan—we are excited to announce that the second annual Northeast Privacy Scholars Workshop will take place on November 9, 2018 at Fordham University School of Law in New York City. We had such an extraordinary group of scholars present fascinating and important work at the Workshop in October. We hope the second Workshop will surpass the high standards set by the first!
A formal Call for Papers will be available on June 1, 2018, with abstracts due at the end of the summer. Paper drafts will be due in early October.
The Workshop takes a liberal view on the scope of privacy scholarship, and our goal is to include interdisciplinary scholars from a broad range of disciplines with a variety of perspectives. To that end, please feel free to share this Save The Date widely with all manner of privacy scholars, friends, and colleagues.
