IAPP Europe Data Protection Congress 2017 (Training & Workshops)
Nov 6 – Nov 7 all-day
Privacy Design Lab @ Brussels
Nov 6 @ 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Privacy Design Lab @ Brussels | Bruxelles | Bruxelles | Belgium

There is more to “privacy by design” than process and policy. There’s also, well, design.

How do organizations develop user experiences and interfaces that communicate privacy and data protection choices and allow for consent management? Further, how can organizations increase user understanding?

To tackle some of data protection’s stickiest issues, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and partners are bringing together technologists, designers, policy experts, and regulators to participate in a Privacy Design Lab. Participants will create new solutions that address the technological, policy, and legal questions arising around privacy. The focus for this event will be privacy by design and consent management.

Special thanks to our local partners: Legal Hackers Brussels and DigitYser

We hope you can join us to create innovative solutions to dealing with consent management. Please register as a participant under one of our two categories based on your policy or technology expertise. Please contact Kara Sutton, [email protected] if you have any questions.
